We offer a variety of trips (group, family, solo, adventure, relax-and-explore). Browse our destinations, read the pace and inclusions. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll help you pick the perfect match.
You have two main options: pay your full trip fee upfront or secure your spot with a deposit and pay the rest in instalments (FULL amount to be settled 30 days before departure). We’ll send you details for bank transfer upon booking.
Our group trips are intentionally kept small so you can build connections and have meaningful experiences together.
Yes — unless a trip is specifically branded as “women only,” everyone is welcome. We encourage inclusive, mixed-gender groups.
Absolutely! We can assist with arranging transport to the destination/start city (prices will vary depending on origin and preferences). You’re also free to book your own travel to the departure point - we’ll be happy to advise and guide you on flights, arrival times and meeting points.
Definitely! We’ll guide you through the process so your trip is smooth from start to finish.
We craft each itinerary carefully, but we may need to make adjustments on the ground (weather, local changes, etc). We’ll always aim to preserve the quality of the trip while being flexible.
Rooms are booked on a double-occupancy basis (two single beds in one room). If you’re travelling solo, we’ll pair you with another traveller unless you request a single room (available for a surcharge).
It depends on the destination. We’ll let you know the entry requirements, recommended vaccinations and any health advice well ahead of time. You are responsible for meeting those requirements.
Yes! Tell us your dream destination and budget, and we’ll create a personalised itinerary just for you.
Cancellation policies vary by trip - because we plan ahead and make payments to service providers, the deposit becomes non-refundable. We’ll provide full cancellation/refund policy in your booking agreement.
Please let us know at booking. We’ll work with our local suppliers to accommodate dietary or mobility needs wherever reasonably possible. Some locations may have limitations, we’ll be transparent about this ahead of time.
Our team (and local partners) are available to assist should any issues arise e.g., missed connections, illness, accommodation issues. We ask that you contact our support line as soon as you become aware of the problem so we can help resolve it.
Yes! Once your spot is confirmed with a deposit, you can work out instalment payments that suit your budget and timeline.
